Privacy Policy
Your privacy is part of our service.

Your account and resume data are not public or available to other users. We use identity checks and access restrictions, and process information to provide the service and protect accounts.
Information we process
This includes your account name and email, resume information and photo you choose to provide, purchase records, statuses and references, and operational and security data needed to run the service. Avoid adding sensitive information that your resume does not need.
Why we use it
We use data to create accounts, verify emails, restore access, save and edit resumes, provide purchases and support, and prevent misuse. Processing serves the requested service and legal obligations, with consent where required. We do not sell your personal data or publish your resume.
Resume privacy and access to data
Your resume content is private. The platform does not give visitors or other users access to it. The store’s admin dashboard does not display your resume content, photo or the details you enter in it, and does not allow the administrator to sign in as you. The authorized administrator can see basic account information, such as your name and email, and purchase and support records needed to assist you. Providers technically process data as needed to operate the service: Supabase for accounts, Resend for email, Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and a payment provider when enabled. Disclosure may be required by law or a lawful request from a competent authority. The absence of resume content from the admin dashboard therefore does not mean that stored data is technically inaccessible.
Account and payment security
The site uses HTTPS, dedicated session cookies and account checks before providing access to a resume. The admin dashboard does not display passwords or store readable copies of them. When payments are enabled, card details are entered on the payment provider’s page; full card numbers and security codes are not stored in the store database. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and never share passwords or verification codes.
Storage and cookies
Resumes are stored against your account. Your browser may retain a local backup of edits and your language preference. Essential cookies maintain login sessions. Providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia; transfers are subject to applicable legal requirements and safeguards. Data is retained as needed to provide the service, including applicable transaction-record or dispute requirements, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable rules, you may request information about processing, access to and a copy of your data, corrections, deletion, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing. Identity verification may be required. You can edit your name and resume in your account; use the contact details below for other requests. Clearing browser data alone does not delete data saved to your account.
Template preview metrics
We measure openings of public template previews to understand interest and improve their presentation. We use a random browser-tab session identifier and store a daily-changing derivative, the template ID, counts and timing. These metrics are not linked to your account and do not store your name, email, resume content or IP address. The platform owner sees aggregated reports. Records older than 90 days are excluded and removed when metrics or reports are updated. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
